WHY DOES myPM MERGE ONLY DISPLAY THE FIRST TEN RECORDS IN THE MERGE PREVIEW DIALOGUE?
If myPM Merge is not registered, only the first ten records in the Source File are processed.
To remove this limitation, purchase and register myPM Merge.

WHY DOES myPM MERGE DISPLAY THE CONFIGURATION ERROR DIALOGUE?
Prior to processing the selected Merge Definition, myPM Merge validates the configuration data.
If any errors are found, they are displayed in the Configuration Error Dialogue.
These errors must be corrected before the Merge Definition may be processed.

WHY ARE THE NUMBER OF VALID RECORDS LESS THAN THE TOTAL RECORDS IN THE MERGE PREVIEW DIALOGUE?
myPM Merge validates the source records contained in the Source File.
If a source record is blank, or contains a blank Primary Key Value, it is ignored by myPM Merge.
If the Merge Filter is enabled, only those source records that meet the defined criteria are processed.

WHY DOES myPM MERGE FAIL TO DISPLAY SOME SOURCE RECORDS IN THE MERGE PREVIEW DIALOGUE?
myPM Merge ignores source records that contain no data or contain a blank Primary Key Field value.
Ensure the appropriate field is selected as the Primary Key Field.
Ensure each source record contains a non blank value in the Primary Key Field.
If the Merge Filter is enabled, only those source records that meet the defined criteria are processed.
Ensure the Merge Filter has been correctly configured, or disable it if it is not required.

WHY DOES myPM MERGE FAIL TO FIND ANY VALID DATA?
myPM Merge validates the source file data prior to generating merged files.
myPM Merge will generate this error if the source file is empty ( ie. does not contain any data ), or the Merge Filter is enabled and no source records meet the defined filter criteria.

CAN myPM MERGE BE CONFIGURED TO PRINT ONLY ONE PAGE OF A MERGED DOCUMENT?
No. myPM Merge prints the entire merged document.

CAN myPM MERGE BE CONFIGURED TO PRINT MULTIPLE WORKSHEETS IN THE MERGED WORKBOOK?
No. myPM Merge only prints the Worksheet specified in the Merge Destn Tab.
