myPM Replicate: General FAQ

WHY DOES myPM REPLICATE FAIL TO RECOGNISE MS EXCEL ( 97, 2000, XP, 2003 ) IS INSTALLED AND WORKING?
myPM Replicate is unable to access the MS Windows Registry to determine which version of MS Excel is installed.
Try logging in to MS Windows using an Administrator account before using myPM Replicate.

WHY DOES myPM REPLICATE FAIL TO FIND THE myPM REPLICATE ONLINE USER MANUAL?
1) The myPM Replicate Installation Wizard was not used to install myPM Replicate, thus the Online User Manual files may not have been installed.
2) The '\myPM Replicate' folder has been renamed or moved.
3) The '\myPM Replicate\User Manual' folder has been moved, renamed, or deleted.
Select Browse... to locate the 'myPM Replicate User Manual.html' file.
