myPM Replicate: Registration FAQ

WHY IS THE REGISTER MENU NOT VISIBLE ON THE myPM REPLICATE MAIN USER INTERFACE?
Once myPM Replicate has been successfully registered, the Register Menu is no longer displayed.
To re-register myPM Replicate, it must be uninstalled and re-installed.

AFTER TRANSFERRING myPM REPLICATE FROM ONE COMPUTER TO ANOTHER, myPM REPLICATE IS NO LONGER REGISTERED. WHY?
When myPM Replicate is registered, the registration details are stored on the computer on which myPM Replicate is installed.
If myPM Replicate is transferred to another computer ( under the terms of the Single User / Site Licence ), myPM Replicate will need to be registered on the new computer.

AFTER UPGRADING myPM REPLICATE, myPM REPLICATE IS NO LONGER REGISTERED. WHY?
myPM Replicate registration details are version specific. Ensure you have the registration details for the new version of myPM Replicate.
Use these to register the updated copy of myPM Replicate.

AFTER UNINSTALLING AND RE-INSTALLING myPM REPLICATE, IT IS NO LONGER REGISTERED. WHY?
When myPM Replicate is uninstalled, the myPM Replicate registration details are erased from the computer on which it is installed.
You need to register the new installation of myPM Replicate.

ATTEMPTS TO REGISTER myPM REPLICATE FAIL. WHY?
1) Ensure you have correctly entered your registration details as issued by Midori Media.
2) Ensure the version of myPM Replicate matches the version of myPM Replicate shown on your registration details.
3) Depending on the MS Windows version, Administrator Rights may be required to register myPM Replicate.
If registration of myPM Replicate fails, log in to MS Windows using an Adminstrator account and try again.
