myPM SCG is unable to access the MS Windows Registry to determine which version of MS Excel is installed.
Try logging in to MS Windows using an Administrator account before using myPM SCG.
WHY DOES myPM SCG FAIL TO FIND THE myPM SCG ONLINE USER MANUAL?
1) The myPM SCG Installation Wizard was not used to install myPM SCG, thus the Online User Manual files may not have been installed.
2) The '\myPM SCG' folder has been renamed or moved.
3) The '\myPM SCG\User Manual' folder has been moved, renamed, or deleted.
Select Browse... to locate the 'myPM SCG User Manual.html' file.
