myPM SCG: Process FAQ

WHY DOESN'T myPM SCG PROCESS ALL THE RECORDS IN THE SOURCE FILE?
If the Source Filter is enabled, ensure at least one or more source file records must meet the defined Source Filter criteria.
If myPM SCG is not registered, it operates under the Evaluation Licence.
When operating under the Evaluation Licence, myPM SCG only processes the first ten records in the source file.
To process all records contained in the source file, register myPM SCG.

WHY DOES myPM SCG CHANGE THE CUT OFF DATE WHEN PROCESSING THE SOURCE FILE?
The Cut Off date must fall between the first start date, and the last finish date as defined in the source data.
If the Cut Off date is before the first start date, it is reset to the first start date.
If the Cut Off date is after the last finish date, it is reset to the last finish date.

WHY DOES myPM SCG OVERWRITE CHANGES MADE TO THE OUTPUT FILE?
