myPM Update: Installation FAQ

DOES MS EXCEL ( 97, 2000, XP ) HAVE TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO INSTALLING myPM UPDATE?
No. However, MS Excel ( 97, 2000, XP ) must be installed and operating correctly prior to using myPM Update.

ARE ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS REQUIRED TO INSTALL myPM UPDATE?
Maybe. Depending on the MS Windows version, Administrator Rights may be required to install myPM Update.
If installation of myPM Update fails, log in to MS Windows using an Adminstrator account and try again.

CAN MULTIPLE VERSIONS OF myPM UPDATE BE INSTALLED ON THE SAME COMPUTER AT THE SAME TIME?
No. It is not possible to install multiple versions of myPM Update on the same computer at the same time.
Doing so may result in unpredictable behaviour.

CAN myPM UPDATE BE INSTALLED ON MULTIPLE COMPUTERS AT THE SAME TIME?
myPM Update Single User Licence:
No. myPM Update may only be installed on one computer at any one time.
myPM Update Site Licence:
Yes. myPM Update may be installed on any computer owned by the individual or company that purchased myPM Update.

CAN myPM UPDATE BE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE COMPUTER TO ANOTHER?
myPM Update Single User Licence:
Yes. myPM Update may be transferred from one computer to another computer providing it is first uninstalled on the original computer.
myPM Update Site Licence:
Yes. myPM Update may be installed on any computer owned by the individual or company that purchased myPM Update.

HOW CAN myPM UPDATE BE UNINSTALLED?
myPM Update should be uninstalled using the myPM Update Installation Wizard. The Installation Wizard may be started by clicking on the Uninstall myPM Update option located in the myPM Update Start Menu folder, or by double clicking on the UNINS000.EXE file, located in the myPM Update folder. Alternatively, myPM Update may be uninstalled via the Control Panel Add / Remove Programs Applet.
