Yes. Please note that if you have purchased a Single User Licence, only one User per Single User Licence may use the Software Solution at the same time. Additional Single User Licences need be purchased for each additional concurrent User.
No. Midori Media does not require you to create a user account to purchase or use a Licence. You simply provide your name, email address, and payment details at the time of purchase, and your Registration Details are emailed to you upon payment approval.
If your payment is declined, you will be returned to the Stripe checkout page where you can try again with a different card, or contact your bank for assistance. No charge is made for a declined payment.
If you close or cancel the Stripe checkout page before completing payment, you will be returned to the Midori Media purchase page. No charge is made. You may start the purchase process again at any time.
Midori Media Software Solutions require MS Windows. If you can run MS Windows on your Mac (Virtual Machine, Boot Camp, Wine, etc.), Midori Media Software Solutions should run without issue.
Midori Media Software Solutions require MS Windows. If you can run MS Windows on your version of Linux (Virtual Machine, Wine, etc.), Midori Media Software Solutions should run without issue.
Yes. Midori Media provides free email support to all users of our Software Solutions.
Midori Media accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards for online purchases. We are unable to accept American Express, Diners Club, or JCB credit cards. If you do not have a MasterCard or Visa credit card, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.
Yes. Midori Media uses Stripe (www.stripe.com) as its secure payment gateway. When you enter your credit card details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified servers over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your card details are never stored on the Midori Media server.

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an email from Midori Media containing your Licence Registration Details.
