Requesting Support
When requesting support, please be sure to provide all relevant details including...
- The Software Solution and Version. (eg. myPM Merge, Version 2.5.0.0)

The operating system in use.
ie. Windows: 95, 98, NT 4, 2000, ME, XP (32/64 Bit), Vista (32/64 Bit), 7 (32/64 Bit), 8 (32/64 Bit) -
The version of MS Excel / MS Word in use.
ie. 97, 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, 2007 (32 Bit), 2010 (32/64 Bit), 2013 (32/64 Bit) - The exact nature of the problem encountered.
Upgrade Policy
Midori Media provides free upgrades to Registered Users for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
After this period, Registered Users may upgrade to the latest version of the Software Solution for the nominated Upgrade Fee.
Please check the Midori Media web site (www.midorimedia.com) for the latest versions of our Software Solutions.
Notification of Upgrades
Midori Media will notify Registered Users via email when an upgrade for their Software Solution becomes available.

Midori Media is committed to continually improving the quality and features of our Software Solutions.
Suggestions for improvements are always welcome, and encouraged.
Where possible, these will be included in future Software Solution releases.
