We endeavour to reply to all emails as soon as possible.
If you do not receive a reply to your email, please check your Spam and/or Junk Email folders.

Requesting Support

When requesting support, please be sure to provide all relevant details including...

  • The Software Solution and Version in use.
    For example: myPM SCG Classic, Version 5.3.0.0
  • The operating system in use (and language, if not English).
    For example: Windows XP (32/64 Bit), Vista (32/64 Bit), 7 (32/64 Bit), 8 (32/64 Bit), 10 (32/64 Bit)
  • The version of MS Excel, MS Project in use, and language (if not English).
    For example: MS Excel 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, 2007 (32 Bit), 2010 (32/64 Bit), 2013 (32/64 Bit), 2016 (32/64 Bit)
  • The exact nature of the issue encountered, including if possible the steps required to reproduce the issue.

Update Policy

Software Solutions Updates are released as required to resolve known issues with current Software Solutions.
Midori Media provides Software Solution Updates free of charge.

Upgrade Policy

If the Support Package has been purchased, the Software Solution may be upgraded to the latest version at no additional cost.
Please note that purchasing the Support Package does not upgrade a Single User Licence to a Multi User Licence.

Suggestions for improvements are always welcome, and actively encouraged.
