The version of MS Excel / MS Word in use, and language (if not English).
For example: MS Excel 97, 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, 2007 (32 Bit), 2010 (32/64 Bit), 2013 (32/64 Bit)

If the Support Package has been purchased, the Software Solution may be upgraded to the latest version at no additional cost.
Please note that purchasing the Support Package does not upgrade a Single User Licence to a Multi User Licence.
