Can I install a Midori Media Software Solution on more than one computer at the same time?

Yes. Please note that if you have purchased a Single User Licence, only one User per Single User Licence may use the Software Solution at the same time. Additional Single User Licences need be purchased for each additional concurrent User.

Do Midori Media Software Solutions run on a Mac?

Midori Media Software Solutions require MS Windows. If you can run MS Windows on your Mac (Virtual Machine, Boot Camp, Wine, etc.), Midori Media Software Solutions should run without issue.

Do Midori Media Software Solutions run on Linux?

Midori Media Software Solutions require MS Windows. If you can run MS Windows on your version of Linux (Virtual Machine, Wine, etc.), Midori Media Software Solutions should run without issue.

Does Midori Media provide support for their Software Solutions?

Yes. Midori Media provides free email support to all users of our Software Solutions.

What is the Support Package?

The Support Package is available for purchase when you purchase a Licence for a Midori Media Software Solution. The Support Package allows you to upgrade to all future versions of the Software Solution for no additional cost other than the once off cost of the Support Package.

When do I receive my Registration Details?

Once your payment has been approved by eWay, you will receive an email from Midori Media containing your Licence Registration Details. If you do not received an email from Midori Media, please be sure to check your Spam / Junk email folders, as the email may have been marked as spam by your email provider. Why did Midori Media fail to respond to my email?
