How do I know when a new version of the Software Solution has been released?

Midori Media will contact you by email if you selected to be notified of updates when you purchased a Licence for the Software Solution. In addition, new versions are announced on the Midori Media website at the following URL:

I have purchased a Single User or Multi User Licence for the Software Solution.
What happens when a new version of the Software Solution is released?

Please download the new version of the Software Solution setup file from the Midori Media website and install on your computer. You will receive an email from Midori Media containing your Registration Details for the new version. Use these to register the new version of the Software Solution.

I have purchased a Single User or Multi User Licence for the Software Solution.
What happens when the Software Solution is updated?

Please download the updated version of the Software Solution setup file from the Midori Media website and install on your computer. Your Registration Details remain valid for the updated version of the Software Solution.

What is the difference between an Update and an Upgrade?

Updates are released to fix issues as they arise, and may include minor improvements. When a Software Solution is updated, the version number does not change. This means your existing Registration Details may be used to register the Software Solution. Updates are provided free of charge.
An upgrade is a new version of the Software Solution which contains additional functionality. Upgrades are proved free of charge if you have purchased a Single User or Multi User Licence.
