The Welcome Form

The Welcome Form is displayed when an unregistered copy of myPM SCG Enterprise starts.

The Main Form: Home Tab

The Home Tab displays the Project Details, and a summary of the S Curve Files, S Curve Options, and Filter Details.

Preview Date Form

The Preview Date Form may be used to assist in selecting a valid Cut Off Date.

The Main Form: S Curve Files Tab

The S Curve Files Tab contains the required configuration data for the Data Source File, Template File, and Output File.

The Main Form: S Curve Options Tab

The S Curve Options Tab defines the data to be generated to create the required S Curves and Histograms.

The Main Form: Data Source Map Tab

The Data Source Map defines the columns of the required Task Fields in the Task Worksheet in the Data Source File.

The Main Form: Data Source Filter Tab

The Data Source Filter ensures only Tasks matching the defined Filter Criteria are processed.

Preview Data Source Filter Form

The Preview Data Source Filter Form may be used to ensure the Data Source Filter Criteria is correct.

The Summary Form

The Summary Form is displayed once the selected SCG Definition has been previewed or processed. It displays the Project Summary, Task Summary, Baseline Summary, and Target Summary.

Project Summary

The Project Summary contains key Project Statistics.

Task Summary

The Task Summary contains Task Status, Growth, Slippage, Invalid Task Details, and Task Warnings.

Baseline Summary

The Baseline Summary contains Baseline Early, Baseline, Baseline Late Project Statistics.

Target Summary

The Target Summary contains Target Early, Target, Target Late Project Statistics.

The MS Project Data Source File

myPM SCG Enterprise supports MS Project Files directly, without the need to export Task Data to MS Excel.

The MS Excel Data Source File: Task Worksheet

The Task Worksheet contains Task Baseline Data and / or Task Data from the Baseline and / or Production Schedule.

The Data Source File may be created by exporting (or copy-pasting) Task data from MS Project, Primavera, or other scheduling software.

The Output File

myPM SCG Enterprise processes the Task data in the Data Source File and populates the Template File to create the Output File. The Output File contains Worksheets for: Project Summary, Task Summary, Baseline Summary, Target Summary, and Chart Data, as well as S Curve and Histogram Charts.
